These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18years of age and accept delivery. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Many of the products we sell are of a descriptive nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Mariposa Angels Ltd is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Mariposa Angels Ltd cannot guarantee the reliability or accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
Description of Use
All products are intended for use of persons aged 14 years and over, unless purchasing from our Little Angels range, which are suitable for 36months and above.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
We understand that some of our customers may not wish to use their payment card on the internet. We are always happy to take your order and card details by telephone or cheque. Just call 0845 880 2559 and we shall process your order straight away.
Credit Card Security

We do not accept credit card or debit card payments by email due to the insecure nature of emails.
For telephone and fax orders we will destroy all credit card and debit card details securely and immediately. We therefore do not hold any credit card and debit card details and these actions are to done protect you and keepyour personal data safe.

We reserve the right to revise our Customer Service Policies and Privacy policy as needed. Any changes or revisions to the Mariposa Angels policies will be posted here. We reserve the right to make changes at any time without notifying you, the customer. We suggest that you periodically consult this Privacy Policy. Please note that our rights to use your personally identifiable information will be based on the privacy policy in effect at the time the information is used.
Returns Policy
All goods shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser upon delivery. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
All goods must be inspected thoroughly upon delivery. Products that are deemed faulty or of insufficient quality can be returned for replacement/refund within the first 7 days of receipt.
Mariposa Angels offer a Full Money Back Guarantee to our online shoppers only if reported within the first 7 days of receipt, this does not affect any statutory rights that you may have, please state all order details within the correspondence and whether you wish a full refund or replacement goods. Please inform Mariposa Angels as soon as potential issues.
All returned goods are your (the customer) responsibility until received by Mariposa Angels, therefore we recommend goods are returned by special delivery at your (the customer) cost.
Time Limitation for notification of Claims
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Shortages: If there are shortages within your order, you must notify us within 7 days from receipt. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Refunds
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management and will only be processed within the 7 day period from receipt of delivery. Goods received after this period will not be entitled to a refund with no exceptions. Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, refunds will not be allowed on earrings unless deemed to be faulty.
Returns after 7 day period
Returns received after the 7 day receipt of delivery periods will be returned to you (the customer) and will not be processed. If the goods are returned to you we will charge you again for P&P. We will not accept any returns after this time.

Remittance Terms
The Price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit charged accordingly. Please note the remittance will appear as Mariposaan or Mariposa Angels on your credit/bank statement. We do not offer credit accounts or sale and return of goods.
